Be compassionate towards our staff and take the time to read our website. Everyone from the owner through the attendee like yourself is a volunteer and they do this to better our community. The staffs time is limited and precious. Asking the staff questions that can be answered by reading the website is not the best use of their time. Again, we are all volunteers, no one profits from this event other than the community as a whole in the enjoyment we all get from the event. We are not trying to discourage attendees from reaching out to us. What we are asking is that you read the website and see if the question can be answered there first. We are happy to serve and be available to answer your questions.
