YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. Persons under 21 years of age may not use this website or purchase tickets/merchandise. Redprick reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove/edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Visitors may post reviews, comments, or other content, provided it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious or objectionable. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Redprick are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases (including tickets and merchandise) from Redprick are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or similar reasons. This policy is clearly disclosed on product pages, during checkout, and on tickets.

If Redprick elects, in its sole discretion, to provide a refund, it may be reduced by transaction fees, processing costs, or other expenses.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using Redprick.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute arising between you and Redprick.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to your use of Redprick.com or purchases shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Oregon, United States, under the then-prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. However, if you violate or threaten to violate Redprick’s intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other relief in any Oregon state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. No arbitration shall be joined with any other involving another party subject to this agreement.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
