Those Who Fly The Black

Take a step out of time with Black Sails Adventures as we reimagine what it means to fly the black. Can you imagine a place where those who choose to fly the black, the Jolly Roger that is, can all gather and coexist? From Vikings & Pirates, to Captains Nemo, Mal, or Solo they are all welcome in our community.

What does it mean to fly the black?

The Black symbolizes your internal desire to guide your own life by your own moral code, that you don’t need a monarch, governor, president, or government to tell you how to run your life. That you make your way in this world by your own code of ethics. Sometimes this code is yours alone and sometimes you share it with brothers & sisters who honor this code together.

If Flying the Black is a calling within you, we invite you to join us at Black Sails Adventures.

We encourage all who attend to bring a persona, a character if you will, that you might see yourself as for the weekend. This will help give you direction in garb design, as well as create a better event environment for you to play in. Maybe this is something deep within you or maybe this is something you wish to play at, either way this is your chance to allow your inner swashbuckler, scallywag, and/or rapscallion out to play with like-minded souls.

If you need help or inspiration please don’t hesitate to reach out to us on our social media platforms.
